Demand for corporate climate action from a reputational and regulatory perspective is continuously increasing. To avoid irreversible shifts in the earth's climate, significant reduction of corporate CO2 emissions is imperative. Is the current regulatory framework fit for purpose? Bee-Friendly Gardening Workshop

Get your hands dirty and help create a healthy habitat for bees by planting local flowers along with vegetable seeds in our community garden!

Description

Meet us in the main lobby of Maison de la Paix to join us on our walk to the Grand Morillon Student Residence, where we will replant the community garden with fruits, vegetables, and herbs. We will also seed the garden with local bee-attracting flowers, to create a safe haven for bees and improve the pollination ecosystem.

Degrowth and green growth are still contested notions; but what do they concretely entail? During the panel we will debate on these two concepts to better understand and destigmatize them. Moreover, we will look at the actions taken so far to start the transition towards a more sustainable reality. The discussion will aim at answering the following question: Can degrowth be the answer for a sustainable future and systematic change?
