Novae will present its commitments to sustainable food and then lead an interactive debate on topics such as local products, seasonality, food waste, sustainable consumption of animal products, sustainable production methods through labels and endangered fish species. Participants will also taste products related to the topics discussed and will have to get their taste buds on alert to find the ingredients of our recipes.
